Partner Programme Terms
These terms explain how the Bizora partner programme works. They apply to you as soon as you join from the Partner programme page in your Bizora account, alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The programme is run by FCB Digital Ltd trading as Bizora (company number 17483665), called "Bizora", "we" or "us" here. Back to the partner programme.
- Earn 25% (or a higher rate we agree with you) of what each business you refer pays us, for 12 months from their first payment.
- Commission is pending for 30 days, then approved. Refunds and chargebacks reverse it.
- Request a payout once you have £25.00 approved. We pay monthly by bank transfer.
- No self-referrals, spam or misleading claims. Tell people you may earn commission.
1. Who can join
Anyone with an active Bizora account, a confirmed email address and a workspace can become a partner, on any plan, including Free. You must be at least 18. You join by clicking Apply now on the Partner programme page and agreeing to these terms; your personal partner link and code are ready straight away. We review partners after they join and may remove anyone who breaks these terms (see section 7). You can share your link but not sell, transfer or publish it on coupon, cashback or voucher sites.
2. How a referral is credited to you
A referral is a new business that creates its first Bizora workspace using your link or code. Your link works on any page of bizora.co.uk. If the visitor accepts cookies, we remember your link for 30 days in a cookie; if they sign up during the same visit, it counts whether or not they accept cookies. If someone follows more than one partner's link, the last one they followed before signing up is credited. A code typed into the sign-up form takes priority.
The referral is saved on the new workspace when it is created, so it does not matter how long they take to upgrade. We cannot add a referral after sign-up, move it to another partner, or credit existing Bizora customers or people invited into an existing workspace.
3. What you earn
You earn commission of 25% of each payment a referred business makes to us by card for a Business or Premium subscription, including extra team seats and storage add-ons on that subscription, rounded down to the penny. If we agree a different rate with you, it is shown in your partner dashboard and applies to payments made after we agree it. A business on the Free plan earns you nothing until it upgrades. Custom plans, payments made outside Stripe and payments that are fully discounted do not earn commission.
Commission is earned on payments made in the 12 months from the referred business's first paid payment. A renewal on the anniversary of that first payment, and anything after it, is outside the window. A yearly plan paid at the start earns commission on the yearly payment. If the business cancels, commission stops; if it pays again within the window, commission starts again.
4. Pending, approved, refunds and chargebacks
Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment it comes from, then becomes approved once we have checked the payment has not been refunded, credited or disputed. If a payment is refunded (in full or in part), credited or charged back, we reverse the whole commission on it. If that commission has already been paid to you, the amount comes off your future earnings; we will not ask you to pay it back in cash unless you leave the programme owing us money because of fraud.
5. Payouts
You can request a payout from the Partner programme page once your approved balance is at least £25.00. A request pays out your whole approved balance. You can have one request open at a time. We pay requests by bank transfer to a UK bank account in pounds once a month, and email you when the transfer has been sent. We do not charge fees for payouts. Make sure the bank details you give are correct: we are not responsible for a payment to the account you gave us.
Your sort code and account number are encrypted, and only the last four digits are shown back to you. We may reject a payout request if we are investigating suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, and will tell you why.
6. Statements and tax
Commission is income. You are responsible for any tax and National Insurance on it, and for registering for and charging VAT if that applies to you. We pay the amounts shown without deducting tax. You can download a statement of your commission and payouts for each UK tax year (6 April to 5 April) from the Partner programme page, for your records and tax return. Statements are not VAT invoices.
7. What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, your own business, another business you own or control, or anyone using your email domain, internet connection or payment card. These referrals are rejected automatically.
- Creating accounts or workspaces to earn commission, or offering cash, discounts or gifts in return for sign-ups.
- Spam: sending your link to people who have not agreed to hear from you, including by bulk email, text or messaging, or in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
- Misleading claims about Bizora, its prices or features, or suggesting you are Bizora or speak for us.
- Hiding that you may earn commission. When you share your link, make clear that it is a referral link and you may be paid if they upgrade.
If we reasonably believe a referral breaks these terms, we may reject it and reverse its commission. If you seriously or repeatedly break them, we may remove you from the programme: your link stops working and you earn no further commission, and we may withhold commission that has not been paid. You keep access to your history and statements. We will explain our decision, and you can ask us to review it by emailing support@bizora.co.uk.
8. What you can see about referrals
Your partner dashboard shows each referred business's name partly hidden (for example "Gre***ks Ltd"), its plan, whether it is paying and the commission earned. You never see referred customers' contact, invoice or payment details. See our Privacy Policy for how we use referral information.
9. Changes and ending the programme
We may change these terms or the commission rules, or close the programme, by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply to payments made after they take effect; commission already recorded keeps the rules it was earned under. You can leave at any time by contacting us. If the programme closes or you leave, we will pay your approved balance, even if it is below £25.00, unless it is withheld under section 7.
10. General
Joining the programme does not make you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. Our liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission you have earned and not been paid. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: support@bizora.co.uk.
